Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK and US. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since each item is made to order especially for you, please allow:
- Production time: 2-3 business days
- UK delivery: 4-7 business days after production
- US delivery: 4-7 business days after production
(Total estimated delivery: [6-10 business days] from order to doorstep.)
Why does it take longer than "next day" delivery?
Because your item isn't sitting in a warehouse - it's freshly printed and made just for you after you order. This means zero waste, no overstock, and a product made specifically for your order. Good things are worth the (short) wait!
Do you ship internationally outside the UK/US?
Currently we ship to the UK and US only - sign up to our newsletter to be first to know if we expand!
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We're so sorry if that happens! Just contact us at contact@olvairsca.com with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away - no hassle.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@olvairsca.com - since orders are made and shipped quickly, we can only make changes before production begins.
