Returns & Exchanges Policy

Are your products returnable?
Because each item is custom-printed just for you when you order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons. Since nothing is pre-made or kept in stock, we can't resell a returned item - so please double check your size/design selection before completing your order!

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty?
We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@olvairsca.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item showing the issue
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund - no need to send the item back.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear back on your original payment method.
